Detailed Description
Untitled Document
FastINK Bright White Textile Ink is part of the T-Jet family of Inkjet-to-Garment textile ink. This ink is a water-based pigment inkjet ink designed exclusively
for EPSON based print head, inkjet-to-garment machines. FastINK Bright White is part of a
system which includes special fabric pretreatment, software to control ink deposit
and specific application instructions. FastINK White must be printed on 100%
cotton or 50/50 garments that have FastINK Pretreatment #1or FastINK FastBRIGHT
Pretreatment applied to it for the ink to have proper opacity and good washability.
Garments must be printed using our special software called FastRIP in order to
achieve proper ink coverage. Lighter garment colors may require less white ink
coverage, pretreatment and/or printer passes than darker garments.

DO NOT SHAKE BOTTLE -
THIS WILL INTRODUCE AIR INTO THE INK!
Caring: GENTLY AGITATE BULK INK SYSTEM BOTTLE PERIODICALLY AND BEFORE USE. This ink may settle in the ink system or in the ink lines. This can be corrected by slightly agitating and Performaing a Head Cleaning cycle one to two times per day. if the printer is not in use for an extended period of time, additional head cleanings will be required and possibly a Power Cleaning.
Warnings: DO NOT let the T-Jet printing head brush across a pretreated garment. You may permanently clog the printing head.
Curing: There are a number of variables that affect the print quality
during the curing process. This includes the amount of ink on the garment,
the length of cure time and the amount of pressure applied with the heat press.
For lighter garments, (with or without the use of FastINK, FastBRIGHT Pretreatment) cure for approximately 60 to 90 seconds at 330°F (166°C) using
medium to heavy pressure. For dark garments with an underbase (using FastINK
Pretreatment #1 for Darks), cure for approximately 180 to 240 seconds at 330°F
using medium to heavy pressure. Cure times WILL vary based on the amount of
ink used, type of fabric, humidity etc... The
above recommendations are general guides. You may have to extend your cure
times depending upon your location and print mode preferences.
Washability: Always perform wash tests. Wash garments inside out in
cold water and use a delicate or low heat dryer setting.
Cleaning: Use FastINK Textile HD Cleaning Solution before changing over
to FastINK inks. Please refer to the product literature before use.
Storage: Keep ink tightly capped in a 50-100°F (19-38°C) area.
DO NOT FREEZE. Gently rotate bottle weekly to prevent settling of pigment.
